Licensed since 2015, Lonie began his real estate career right here in Delaware and Pennsylvania, helping local buyers and sellers navigate changing markets with clarity and confidence. Over the years, his work expanded to include coastal markets in North and South Carolina, where he guided relocation clients, investors and second-home buyers, cross-market experience that gives him an added edge in strategy, pricing and understanding what adds real value to a home.
Beyond real estate, Lonie spent over two decades working alongside one of the industry’s leading Building Science Consultants, giving his clients rare insight into construction quality, energy efficiency and the details that matter most behind the walls.
Born and raised in Delaware, Lonie holds a Master’s in Education and a B.S. in Human Resource Management from Wilmington University, where he also served as an adjunct instructor in business management and communication. His approach to real estate reflects that same clarity, organization and people-first mindset.
